Contrary to what is stated here, the Bruguière report was not released on the date of the interview, at the end of March 2004. It was published on
November 17, 2006. But an organized leak in the newspaper Le Monde, just before the commemoration of the tenth anniversary of the genocide, accused Paul Kagame of the attack on President Habyarimana's plane. Eventually, the indictments ordered by Judge Bruguière will conclude with a dismissal on February 15, 2022.
