Abstract
Six French people were killed, victims of the events of April 1994.
Comment
the DGSE editor confuses the French Military Assistance Mission (MAM) with the United Nations Assistance Mission for Rwanda (UNAMIR). He claims that the RPF controlled the Kanombe area at the time of the attack, thus contradicting the DGSE notes written between April and September 1994. He suggests that gendarmes Didot and Maïer and Didot's wife were killed by Hutu radicals because they were eyewitnesses to the attack on the plane. The last sentence, deleted in another version of this note, says that legal proceeding on this triple assassination is not desirable.
