Abstract
The lawyers of the RPF members accused by judge Bruguière in November 2006 to have shot down the Rwandan president's aircraft welcome that the dismissal of their clients be confirmed by the highest French court. They point out that the authors of the genocide organized the coup of April 6 and 7, 1994 and are likely involved in the attack against the Habyarimana plane.
