Abstract
Judge Trévidic in charge of the case of the attack of April 6, 1994 against President Habyarimana's Falcon 50 plane, went to Kigali on September 13, 2010 to carry out investigations. This trip confirms that he recognizes that the investigation of his predecessor Judge Bruguière has to be started from scratch. The latter, seized four years after the attack by the French courts, has never been to the scene of the attack, thus showing that the reality of the facts was not his concern. What facts should Judge Trévidic consider, who should he hear from?
