Comment
Jean-Paul Gouteux who publishes this fax comments on it : Filip Reyntjens is a Belgian historian, former adviser to President Habyarimana and staff member of Amnesty International. Fabien Singaye is the Akazu spy in Switzerland. In this fax, Filip Reyntjens evokes a text by Jean-Pierre Chrétien (a letter to the newspaper Le Monde where his French colleague denounces misinformation about an international investigation conducted in Burundi). It turns out that Filip Reyntjens was one of those responsible for this investigation. Filip Reyntjens asks Fabien Singaye, like an old comrade, for “ammunition” against Chrétien!
