Abstract
This press advisory from the Human Rights Watch Arms Project reiterates the conclusions of the January 1994 report, notably that France's support for the government of Rwanda "amounts to direct participation in the war", and calls for to the replacement of French troops deployed in Rwanda as part of an evacuation force with neutral forces from other countries.
