Abstract
The BNP Paribas bank, already condemned by the American justice for its actions in Sudan, is the subject of a judicial investigation for complicity in crimes against humanity, genocide, acts of torture and barbarism following the filing of a complaint by nine Sudanese activists, the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) and the League for Human Rights. It is recalled that BNP Paribas is also the target of an investigation in France for complicity in crimes against humanity during the genocide of the Tutsi in Rwanda.
