René Mugenzi was sentenced for two years in Great Britain for stealing money at Saint John the Baptist Cathedral in Norwich. He said he was threatened with death by the Rwandan government. RFI used his testimony (January 8, 2014) to demonstrate that the Rwandan government is killing its opponents.
