Abstract
The investigation carried out by judges Marc Trévédic and Nathalie Poux made it possible to clarify the conditions and establish the responsibilities of the attack which cost the life of Rwandan President Juvénal Habyarimana. The experts' report scientifically establishes that the missiles started from Kanombe Hill and a FAR military camp. This report also raises the question of France's involvement, and of its level of knowledge, in the planning of a genocide and then of the possible manipulation of justice.
