Abstract
In this letter to François Mitterrand, Alexis Kanyarengwe, president of the RPF, thanks France for its role as an observer in the Arusha negotiations. He recalls that at the end of these agreements, France must withdraw its troops. He would like France's full support for the achievement of these agreements.
