Abstract
This intervention reports on the process initiated to chase the Tutsi from the National University of Rwanda in 1973. This chase is situated within the ideological framework of the 1959 revolution. It is justified by the content of Manifesto-Program No. 4 of the MDR -Parmehutu. It is justified by racial interpretations of society such as that which claims that the Tutsi despise the Hutus, that they are evil or that they live on the contributions of their parents.
