- In Rwanda, while the military situation has now calmed down, it is the humanitarian situation that worries those in charge of Operation Turquoise: since the beginning of the fighting, more than a million people have been displaced.
- The largest concentration is in Gikongoro. Humanitarian aid needs are estimated at more than 500 tons of food per day. But delivery is currently impossible.
