- In Rwanda, the Blue Helmets cannot stop anything. Several tens of thousands of dead according to the International Red Cross. Bombings and massacres continue.
- The scale of the genocide in the countryside exceeds anything that was possible to imagine. The few who do have horrific wounds caused by their favorite weapon, the machete.
- As the fighting intensifies again this morning, by the thousands they are fleeing to other destinies.
- Events which are also beginning to spread: this morning they reached Burundi with violent interethnic clashes in Bujumbura.
