Abstract
- Extremely violent fighting this morning again in Kigali, where the rebels entered the city. The perfectly organized RPF succeeded in almost completely encircling the city and taking up a position in a few outlying districts.
- His command has let it be known that he is giving French and Belgian troops 60 hours to leave Rwanda, failing which he will no longer spare the airport where the last foreign civilians who are fleeing the country are still gathered. Their evacuation should be completed this evening.
- The French army is packing up at high speed. In a few days there will undoubtedly be a new power in Kigali, installed with axes and cannons.
