- The French Ambassador left Kigali early this morning and the French Embassy has closed its doors.
- The repatriation of foreigners to Rwanda is coming to an end. Strangely enough, these men and women who have lived in Rwanda for a long time want to keep silent about this ethnic war.
- The Rwandan government that the Westerners supported until then is falling, at the cost of the worst atrocities.
- The rumor of the departure of French troops has, so to speak, doped the rebels of the Rwandan Patriotic Front, which are at the gates of the capital. The government army is in retreat, and from there, all the elements are gathered for a large-scale slaughter.
